From the colourful streets of Barcelona to the charming squares of Madrid, here are some of the most romantic getaways Spain has to offer.

Barcelona

Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is known for its unique architecture, vibrant culture, and stunning beaches, making it a perfect destination for a romantic getaway. My boyfriend has already been to Barcelona so many times, that these are his tips. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to visit this amazing city together for the perfect romantic trip.

Valencia, located on the east coast of Spain, is a city full of history, culture, and food. Valencia is such a romantic city and perfect when you want to visit Spain. Valencia was also the first city that me and my boyfriend visited. So it will forever hold a special memory. Besides our first trip together, it was also my first time flying.   • Dining on Malvarrosa Beach: Enjoy a romantic dinner by the sea at one of the cozy restaurants on Malvarrosa Beach and sample fresh seafood and paella. Valencia has some gorgeous beaches, perfect place for some water sports. 
  • Valencia Zoo: Valencia is well known for it’s amazing sea life center. But did you know that Valencia also has an even more amazing zoo? This zoo was one of our highlights, it was just so amazing!

Madrid

Madrid, the lively capital of Spain, offers a mix of historical landmarks, bustling squares, and excellent cuisine, making it an ideal destination for a romantic trip.
